How long will an item take to get to my customer on the drop ship delivery service?
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. If an order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the following working day on a next working day delivery service.

How long do I have to return an item?
In line with the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulation’ you have a 14 days starting from the date the goods are received. For more details please see our returns policy.

Do you offer credit accounts?
Please email info@bebopfun.co.uk if you would like to request a credit account.

Why can’t I see the prices of the products?
All prices are visible once you have an account and are logged in. Please log in or register here …….

How long does it take for my account to be made live?
Once your application has been received you should receive a response with in 24hours, however if you haven’t had response by this time please send an email to info@bebopfun.co.uk or give us a call on 01789 400031.

What do I do if my goods have been received but they are damaged?
In the very unlikely event that your goods have been received damaged we would request photos of the damage so we are able to assess rectify the issue as accurately and quickly as possible. We ask that all items are checked when they are received.

Do you offer any discount for multiple orders?
As the manufacturer of BeBop products we can give you the most competitive wholesale rates available. A further 5% discount will be applied for orders with 10 or more items in your basket.
